CONCERNS ABOUT high feedstock costs are clouding Asian ethylene-chloride (EDC) producers' outlook for Q3.After the poor performance of May and June,prices look set to stay in the doldrums in July and August.In May,prices began to decline owing to excess supply and the poor performance of the downstream polyvinyl chloride (PVC) industry.At that time,EDC producers and traders were banking on the recovery of the PVC industry in July and August to reverse the slide in prices.
