DOES INDIA have a future in the ethylene chain?While the country offers a huge market,availability of cheap feedstock that would enable companies to build a globally competitive position in ethylene and its derivatives has never been on the menu.This predicament is clearly evident at Reliance Industries,India's largest petrochemicals producer and often the face of the industry outside the country.
