Liepaja, Latvia - Turkish systems house Kimteks Poliure-tan has acquired a majority stake in Adamantan, a Latvian PL) systems house. It has secured 75% of the shares in the company gaining access to an additional manufacturing capacity of 25kT/year, ac-cording to Turkish business daily Dunyo. Based in Liepaja on Latvia's Baltic shore, Adamantan makes PU systems for elastomeric and rigid foam applications.
