A GROUP OF FLEET operators coordinated by the Atlanta-based Clean Vehicle Education Foundation (CVEF) is accelerating introduction of new natural gas-powered vehicles by helping manufacturers gauge which ones to develop and sell.CVEF's Utility & Public Fleet Council (UPFC) uses forums and online surveys to assess which models and options customers want most,and then communicates that interest to manufacturers.
