Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with Apotex of Canada,ACN was told.Under the agreement,Apotex,which is based in Toronto,will market eight of Orchid's generic antibiotic injectable formulations in finished dosage forms in the Canadian market,according to CB Rao,deputy managing director of Orchid.
