Only one deal was rumoured settled at USUS445/tonne fob Korea, for April lifting, down USUS30/tonne from a week earlier. Players generally withdrew to the sidelines on volatility of crude oil, naphtha and benzene. Offers were heard at USUS470-480/tonne fob Korea, while bids were haeard at USUS450-470/tonne fob Korea. Meanwhile, higher prices in the US and Europe have attracted at least 30 000 tonne of material from Asia for loading in April (see p24).
