IOC yet to decide on location of Indian cracker

INDIAN Oil Corp (IOC)is still considering whether to integrate its proposed 800 000 tonne/year cracker complex with its Koyali refinery at Baroda in Gujarat,India,or with its refinery at Panipat in Haryana,an IOC official told ACN last week.
