Malaysian Mosaics completes new pilot plant commissioning

In what was described as a move towards a higher level of competency, productivity and cost efficiency in production, Malaysian Mosaics set up a pilot plant in the same area as its tile manufacturing facility.The process - from the initial planning stage through to completion of the project - took 12 months and utilized machinery and equipment made locally, rather than imported goods from ltaly. The company estimates that this saved MML in excess of 1.5m. Ringgit.
