When, in the spring of 2008, the AGA leadership team decided to develop a formal strategic process to look out into the future, to the year 2020 and beyond, to ensure that AGA's natural gas utility members were successfully prepared for whatever was to come, it was decided that regular reports—markers along the road—would be issued, updating the membership on what had been learned so far, and what might be expected in the years ahead.
