A discovery and redescription of Curubis erratica Simon, 1902 (Araneae: Salticidae) from India

Curubis erratica Simon, 1902 — the type species of the genus Curubis Simon, 1902 — is recorded from India for the first time. The species is re-described on the basis of Indian specimens, and its female is described for the first time.
