Theoretical Study of the Inhibition of beta-Secretase

摘要

The brain of the human being suffering of the Alzheimer disease undergoes modifications caused by enzymes e.g.,beta-secretase and gamma-secretase.These enzymes produce fragments of amyloid beta.The inhibition of the cleavage of this amyloid beta by enzymes beta and gamma-secretase prevents the amyloid forming deposits plates and can improve the efficiency of the system of the elimination.Our research objective is to study the inhibition of the beta-secretase by the methods of molecular modelling.
