DELAWARE ANG'S FINAL C-130H2 DEPARTS

DEPARTING FROM New Castle Air National Guard Base on November 16 was US Air Force C-130H2 Hercules serial number 90-1057, the last of this variant operated by the Delaware Air National Guard's 166th Airlift Wing/142nd Airlift Squadron. After being flown on missions around the globe, these older H2 variants, which the unit first introduced in 1985, have been replaced by eight newer C-130H2.5 models, built in 1991.
