'Revisiting Non-oviposited Moths for Increased Egg Recovery in Hybrids' authored by K.C. Mahalingappa et al. published in August 2010 (Vol. I No. 4) issue of Indian Silk is quite informative, and paves a road for higher recovery. However, earlier also such work with PM x NB4D2 was conducted and published by G.V. Vemananda Reddy, N.M. Biram Saheb and Y.V. Ramanjaneyulu in Indian Silk Vol. 31(5), page 40-42 way back in the year 1992 with the title 'Re-use of non-oviposited moths in commercial seed production centres for increased egg production'. And, it is in practice by many egg producers.
