Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp. has received final court approval for debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, which gives the company access to as much as USD165m ahead of the sale of its flat-rolled business. With this order from US Bankruptcy Court in eastern Missouri, the company is authorized to continue paying employee wages, salaries and health and disability benefits.
