It's been nearly a quarter of a century since Nairn's first integrated amplifier appeared in the pages of Hi-Fi News. Back in 1983 the original 'Nairn Audio InTegrated' amplifier (NAIT) was a very simple affair. It sported two DIN inputs plus a moving-magnet cartridge input, and was specified at a humble 15W/ch. Nevertheless, the Nait and its incrementally numbered successors have proved enduring favourites over this time, and it has arguably been the first foot on the upgrade ladder for many a modern Naim devotee.
