The Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time as a Control in Heparin Therapy

摘要

The Lee-White clotting time as a control for heparin therapy lacks the accuracy and dependability of the prothrombin time in evaluation of Dicumerol therapy. The authors report their preliminary results of the determination of activated partial thromboplastin time for control of heparin therapy.
