Experience in creating test-and-measurement devices based on the Multiscan position-sensitive detector

We discuss functional block diagrams and designs for instruments and devices to verify the geometric parameters of machinery products based on the domestically manufactured Multiscan position-sensitive detector. We describe the technical specifications and accuracy and precision characteristics of the devices developed. (C) 2016 Optical Society of America.
