This paper demonstrates that microlens rasters that transfer an image from screens with no brightness loss can be created on a glass substrate by using UV radiation in combination with high-temperature ion-exchange diffusion. The dependence of the microlens parameters on the conditions of ion-exchange processing are investigated. An expression is obtained that makes it possible to estimate the height of the segments and consequently the radius of curvature of the microlenses as a function of the duration of the ion-excharive diffusion.
