Comments on the Comments: Substantial Agreement on Three Points and a Couple of Disagreements

The four comments in this Special Issue relied on different perspectives, but came to some remarkably consistent conclusions about key aspects of the 2007 recommendations. The authors of each comment reviewed the other papers and wrote some remarks about the opinions of the other groups. This paper highlights three clear agreements and two disagreements.
