摘要

SEMABUCHI VIADUCT is a 4 span continuous composite bridge with 2 main I-shaped girders and pre-stressed concrete (PC) slab which is cast in site using movable forming equipment. Recently a few bridges with a few girders and PC slab are constructed. The bridge is rationalized by using PC slab which has higher duration than reinforced concrete slab and using composite design in which slab is effective as main girder section with steel girders. Rationalized design for steel girders and omission of temporary assembly in works decreased fabricating labor and time. On the other hand movable forming equipment rationalized making PC slab with cyclic casting. SHI designed and manufactured new movable forming equipment for this site.
