The US Department of Defense has up to 40 open UAP cases, including some that are eerily similar to encounters disclosed by aircrews during World War Two, as Rob Coppinger explains. "We see them all over the world and we see them making very interesting apparent maneuvers," Dr Sean Kirkpatrick, research chief into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) at the US DOD, told a public meeting at NASA on May 31. He also showed NASA's UAP Independent Study Team (UAPIST) a video of a sphere flying underneath an MQ-9A Reaper drone in 2022. His comments followed the remarks made by Maj Gen John Olson of the US Space Force at a press briefing on April 14: "They've occurred globally and I think we're collecting that information."
