Munksjo and Ahlstrom Approve Merger at EGMs

Munksjo and Ahlstrom each held Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM] in Helsinki, Finland on Jan. 11 and both sides approved the combination of Munksjo's and Ahlstrom's business operations through a statutory absorption merger of Ahlstrom into Munksjo pursuant to the Finnish Companies Act. The deal was first announced in November of 2016.
