A 13-year-old girl presented with persistent swelling and intermittent pain in her right cheek after sustaining minor local trauma 6 weeks earlier. She also reported 1 recent episode of epistaxis and partial nasal obstruction on the right side. Physical examination revealed a firm submucosal mass approximately 3 cm in diameter along the anterior aspect of the right alveolar ridge, displacing the nasal ala anterolaterally. The lesion was also visible as a submucosal mass involving the right nasal floor and displacing the inferior turbinate medially. The anterior incisors were abnormally mobile. The results of the rest of the examination, including an intraoral examination and mirror laryngos-copy, were unremarkable.
