Let's put things in perspective

There has been a great deal of uncertainty around the current and future position of occupational health nursing in recent times. Both occupational health nurses (OHNs) and educationalists have been vocal about the issue, and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) recognises it as well. Many questions are being asked about the direction of the profession, and hopefully, I can clarify some of the points of confusion.
