摘要

Bayer’s Crop Science division has joined hands with global energy business Shell, and Singapore-based investment house Temasek’s agricultural decarbonization-focused funding platform, GenZero, to lower methane emissions from rice cultivation in India, report national media. The companies highlight that the collaboration will involve training, supporting and guiding the nation’s smallholder farmers in addressing such emissions through remote sensing-based measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) approaches.
