摘要

Experts suggest the Building Regulations reforms offer a chance to ensure the drive for more efficient homes doesn't compromise the health and wellbeing of occupants. June's Building Regulations 'uplift' is designed to be the start of an ongoing reform process to create new buildings that will not need significant retrofit work to become net zero carbon by 2050. The H&V News Better Buildings Summit, which took place on 29 March, heard from civil servants and industry experts about the importance of ensuring occupant wellbeing and health is central to any shift to more efficient buildings.
