We introduced a mathematical method for evaluating the changes in bio molecular particle velocity related physical quantities at the bio molecular collisional reaction. The original method has been proposed by Chapman in 1918. We have show computed results for the case of Maxwellian particle n=5. The computed velocity was influenced strongly by the changes in interacting mass and diameters of the particles. The present method when extended will be available for evaluating the function of gene regulating protein particle repressor.
