Metastatic dedifferentiated liposarcoma invading the pulmonary vein and left atrium: a transesophageal echocardiographic insight

A 48-year old man was referred to our department for palpitation for more than 4 months. Two months ago, he had been diagnosed as having retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposar-coma (DDLPS) with multiple distant metastases to lung and brain and had undergone successful laparotomy and craniotomy with complete excision of the masses.
