Syngenta subsidiary Syngenta India has introduced two isocycloseram(trade-marked as Plinazolin)-based insecticides – Incipio and Simodis – in the country,report national media.Incipio is intended for the control of stem borers(Scirpophaga incertulas)and leaf folders(Cnaphalocrosis medinalis)in paddy rice,while the latter offering combats sucking and Lepidopteran pests affecting vegetables including hot peppers and brinjals(eggplants),as well as crops such as cotton,ground nuts,soybeans and red gram.
