Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said Wednesday morning that the 340,000 b/d Olmeca reOnery in Dos Bocas will be fully operational by the middle of next year, although observers continue to have doubts about the feasibility of that timeline. Lopez Obrador said that the Olmeca reOnery, located on the coast of the southern state of Tabasco, is set to begin operating on Jul. 2 and should be producing at full capacity in early July 2023.
