In "Physician Assisted Dying: A Subtler Slippery Slope" (March-April 2014), Thomas Duffy sheds some light on the issue of physician-assisted dying (PAD) but, I think, draws an unwarranted conclusion. Upon reflection, he feels that he was "an assistant, albeit at a remove, in her suicide."
