Product export pipeline tariffs hiked

Transneft raised gasoil pipeline export tariffs on 1 May by an average of 2.5pc on key routes. The biggest increases were for shipments of 10ppm diesel to the Baltic port of Primorsk, which handled a record 9.3mn t last year, up from 6.5mn t during 2012. Flows to Primorsk are expected to hit 15mn t this year, as more 10ppm production capacity is added at Russian refineries. Tariffs for shipments to Latvia’s Ventspils were mostly unchanged.
