Opec-plus crude oil production, including members not subject to a quota, surged by 1.08 million barrels per day to 44.55 million b/d in July largely thanks to a recovery in the output of three producers — Kazakhstan, Nigeria and Libya. Output by the 19 members participating in the Opec-plus supply management agreement increased by nearly 800,000 million b/d to 38.62 million b/d, Energy Intelligence's assessment shows — the largest monthly gain since September 2021.
