Rosneft is expected to resume gasoil exports from its Samara refineries through the Black Sea port of Tuapse during November. The state-controlled company plans to supply 90,000t of Samara gasoil through the Nikolskoye pipeline-rail terminal in the Tambov region to Tuapse in November. Trading firms say this will be bought by BB Energy. The product will be shipped by pipeline to Nikolskoye tankfarm, then on by rail to Rosneft’s Tuapse terminal.
