Litasco switches to Riga

Lukoil trading arm Litasco started exporting high-sulphur gasoil through the Latvian port of Riga in January, market participants say. Litasco exported at least two 60,000t cargoes from Riga’s Naftimpeks termi-nal.It made the switch after the expiry of its loading deal with the Ventbunkers terminal at the Latvian port of Ventspils. Riga received about 90,000t of gasoil by rail from Lukoil’s Nizhny Novgorod and Perm refineries last month,and 180,000t from the Bryansk tankfarm.Transnefteprodukt’s pipeline supplies gasoil bought by Lukoil from Bashneft’s refineries to Bryansk
