Volga-Don congestion still a concern

River exports and transit of products from Russia rose by 193,400t from June to 1.92mn t last month, but were down by 169,600t on July last year. Low water on the Volga-Baltic and congestion on the Volga-Don remain a problem, and several firms have opted to quit river shipments this year.
