Maintenance boosts exports

Crude exports from Russia, including transit shipments, through Transneft pipelines to non-CIS destinations rose by 8pc from March to 4.2mn b/d (17.4mn t) last month, reflecting refinery maintenance. Refinery runs fell by 1.9mn t to 20.17mn t in April, when maintenance peaked.
