Lukoil dominates Primorsk diesel exports

Low-sulphur diesel exports from Primorsk are scheduled at 649,500t this month, down by around 23pc on March's plan, reflecting refinery maintenance. Lukoil will provide most of the product (see table). Lukoil has been steadily increasing exports through the Primorsk product terminal since December, when its 290,000 b/d Perm refinery started shipping to the Baltic port through the Transnefteprodukt (TNP) pipeline system. Com- bined exports from Perm and from Lukoil's 365,000 b/d Nizhny Novgorod refinery are scheduled to reach 423,500t in April, up by almost 100,000t on the March plan.
