Reduced supplies from Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan resulted in a minor drop in crude exports from FSU coun- tries in January, with overall ship- ments down by 1.1pc on the month to 6.08mn b/d and down by 5pc on Janu- ary 2012. Exports of CPC Blend from the Yuzhnaya Ozereyevka terminal near Novorossiysk were down by 9.3pc to 629,700 b/d after storms disrupted loadings. But Tengizchevroil (TCO), operator of Kazkahstan's Tengiz field, which provides CPC Blend's main component, was able to hike loadings of Tengiz crude from the storm-free Taman terminal by almost 19pc to 108,000 b/d. TCO has now all but ditched Ukraine's Odessa and Feo- dosiya terminals in favour of Taman.
