Exports of 10ppm sulphur diesel from Novorossiysk could rise significantly once an upgrade at the Black Sea port's key terminal is completed this year. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NMTP), co-owned by Transneft and the Summa Group, is upgrading the Sheskharis terminal. And Transneft subsidiary Sea Port Service, which carries out product loadings at Sheskharis, is ready to consider load- ing 10ppm diesel.
