Gazpromneft has completed laying a 140,000 b/d pipeline linking the 495mn t (3.6bn bl) Messoyakh group of fields in Yamal-Nenets to Transneft's Zapol- yarye-Purpe (Z-P) pipeline. The company aims to start pumping crude from East Messoyakh through the 96km pipeline for eastbound supply through the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline at the end of this year. The line links East Messoyakh with the starting point of the Z-P line, which will carry oil from new fields in Yamal Nenets for onward shipment through the ESPO pipeline.
