Trading company Ipec could be trying to buy the 3.6mn t/yr Naftimpeks oil terminal in the Latvian port of Riga. “Negotiations are under way and the stake in Naftimpeks that will be offered for sale has yet to be deter- mined,” a trader says. Neither Ipec nor Naftimpeks could be reached for com- ment. Naftimpeks specialises in han- dling Russian and Belarusian naphtha and diesel, and its shareholders own the neighbouring Pars outlet.
