US west coast demand lifts premiums

Chinese buying, with viable shipments to the US, have underpinned ESPO Blend premiums to Dubai in recent months. Some 50,000-100,000 b/d is loading in June-July for Par Petroleum’s Ewa Beach refinery in Hawaii and plants on the US west coast — the first time in a year ESPO Blend has moved to the US.
