Busier year for Russian ports

Product exports from Russia’s sea ports rose by 15.4pc on the year to 110.16mn t in 2014, according to ports statistics agency Morcenter-TEK. Russia’s Baltic and Black Sea terminals increased loadings as a result of rising refinery output and the redirection of export flows from outlets in the Baltic states and to Ukraine. But loadings at far north and far east ports fell.
