Russian product exports through terminals in the Baltic states rose by 2pc to 35.5mn t last year, according to data from the terminals and port agents (see table, p11). A significant cut in loadings at the Estonian port of Tallinn was more than offset by a surge in supplies through the Latvian port of Riga.
