Lukoil subsidiary Ritek plans to export about 100,000t of crude through terminals on the Ob bay in the Kara Sea this year, down by 20,000t on 2013, opting to send more by rail to its Volgograd refinery instead. Ob loadings are due to get under way in early July and will continue until September. Irtysh River Shipping will deliver crude on 2,100t shuttle tankers from the Andra terminal on the Ob river and the Numga terminal on Ob bay to ice-class tankers leased from Palmali.
