Gasoil deliveries for export from the port of Novorossiysk are due to rise by 5pc from July to 42,000 t/d (1.3mn t) in August, reflecting rising supplies from Rosneft’s Samara refineries. The firm will up shipments of 350ppm and 2,000ppm sulphur gasoil from the Novokuibyshev plant, which emerged from maintenance at the end of July. Rosneft also cut pipeline supplies to the Latvian port of Ventspils in favour of Novorossiysk loadings, which are currently more profitable. Vitol buys Samara gasoil at Ventspils and Novorossiysk, traders say.
