Mini-refinery to export fuel oil

Neftekhimservis could start exporting fuel oil from its Yaisk mini-refinery in the Kemerovo region of west Siberia at the end of this month, according to market participants. Product will be shipped through the Azov Sea port of Eisk and through Russia’s far east port of Vanino, market participants say. Neftekhimservis declines to comment and the refinery is still operating under a temporary licence. The plant previously supplied the domestic market, including bunkering sales.
