Tariff unification plan prepared

Tariffs for rail deliveries of crude and products to Russian ports and foreign ports could be equalised from 1 July — a move that would make supplies to Baltic and Ukrainian terminals more attractive. The Russian government plans to cancel multiplying factors to base tariffs that result in higher tariffs for shipments to rail border crossings.
