ESPO exports rise

Exports of ESPO Blend are scheduled to rise by 11pc from the second quarter to 768,000 b/d in July-September. Overall Russian crude exports are due to remain unchanged at 4.38mn b/d, so rising exports of ESPO Blend will have an impact on westbound Urals shipments. Crude allocations for Russian Baltic ports are down by 6.1pc to around 1.73mn b/d, with Primorsk and Ust-Luga exports due to fall (see table).
